Ann and Roy have been operating Premier Property Management of Santa Fe for the past four years. We do thorough weekly home inspections and will call for repairs or maintenance if required. In addition, we provide optional concierge services, such as arranging for periodic maid services, airport transportation, reservations for special events, catering or shopping services, or standing by for deliveries or service calls. Let us know when you’re arriving and we’ll have everything you need at hand.

When we are out of town, our backup is Ann’s daughter, Lois DeLaura. Lois was an office manager for a real estate agency and a sales coordinator for a custom builder in Las Campanas. She has been engaged in home monitoring for eight years, and currently is Administrator for the store, Statements, here in Santa Fe.
