Meet Ann
“What I enjoy most about my work is the interesting people I meet and satisfying their real estate needs.”

Credentials:
· Full time broker in Santa Fe for 19 years
· G.R.I. (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute)
· C.R.S. (Certified Residential Specialist)
· Past member of the Board of Directors of the Santa Fe Association of Realtors, past MLS Chair and current member of the Professional Standards Committee

Ann has learned through the years that representing buyers and sellers of quality homes requires a personal commitment to excellence. Her record shows that maintaining high business standards has produced great results. During her career, Ann has closed $100,000,000 in residential real estate sales.

In her previous life she worked in the fashion industry, reaching the level of Vice President and General Merchandise Manager. This required traveling to the fashion capitols of the U.S., Canada, and Europe and clothing factories in Southeast Asia. She has found she enjoys much more the simple Santa Fe lifestyle.

Giving to the community has always been a high priority. She has served on the Board of Directors for St. Elizabeth Shelter, was President of the Santa Fe Opera Guild and was a member of the Board of Directors of the Santa Fe Festival Ballet. She is currently serving as President of the Board of Trustees of the New Mexico Children’s Foundation, an organization dedicated to serving children at risk statewide.

In her spare time you can find Ann, with her husband, Roy, on the tennis court, the golf course, in their garden, or, in winter, on the ski slopes.

Meet Roy
“It’s not enough to meet clients’ expectations. We must try to exceed them.”

Credentials:
· Owner of Premier Property Management of Santa Fe for the past four years.
· Lived in 31 houses in the US and overseas; he knows houses.
· Lived in Santa Fe for 17 years.

Roy and Ann work together on property management so that, together, they can offer a full range of real estate services under one roof. Their experience with Premier Property Management has introduced them to the ins-and-outs of home monitoring for absentee homeowners.

Roy was a geologist and exploration manager for Shell Oil Co., living in many parts of the U.S. and overseas. After early retirement he became an international petroleum exploration consultant, and later, with Ann’s encouragement, got involved in the Santa Fe real estate market.

His background as a geologist led him to work as a volunteer geologist with the U.S. Bureau of Land Management in mine site reclamation and with the Jemez y Sangre Water Planning Council. The Council is influential in determining long-range water policies in the greater Santa Fe area. Water is a volatile issue in the arid Southwest, and Roy will be glad to explain why we will have a plentiful long-term supply of water in the Santa Fe area.
